EPL Match Week 6: Matches, Previews And Times

Here comes another segment of the weekly premier league previews and local times. Some premier league teams were involved in EFL matches during the week. Wednesday saw Chelsea trashed Nothingham Forest 5 goals to 1 with Batshuayi securing hattrick. Arsenal managed a one goal win against Doncaster Rovers, United trashed Burton Albion 4 goals to 1 a night when Rashford cruised with a brace, Le Roy Sane helped Manchester City to a win against Westbrom. As usual, match week 6 will also be as entertaining, as we hope in all odds that Crystal Palace will secure their first goal of the season this weekend. Let’s get some preview of the key matches this weekend.

West Ham United vs. Tottenham Hotspur  (12:30 p.m)   (Saturday)

This weekend is going to start off with this interesting derby. Tottenham will be visiting West Ham  in their third away game of the season. Tottenham have won all their away games this season but have been struggling in their temporary home at Wembley as they have lost 7 points at home so far this season. Tottenham will want to continue their 100% away run when they visit West ham in what is definitely going to be a hot derby. Last season, West Ham was one of the teams that dashed Tottenham’s hope of winning the title when they defeated Tottenham at home. This will be a revenge for Tottenham.

Stoke City vs. Chelsea        (3:00 p.m)    (Saturday)

One of the six premier league fixture for 3 p.m on Saturday will depict Chelsea visiting Stoke. So far this season, Stoke has been able to gather points at home agianst big teams, with a win over Arsenal and a 2-2 draw against Manchester United. This means a lot to Chelsea as they have to be careful of the strength Stoke City possess at home. Stoke city will be without Zouma because of the loan rule that a loanee can’t play against his parent club. On the other hand David Luis was shown a straight red against Arsenal and this means he will suffer 3 match ban and so will be unavailable for the match. Drinkwater is yet to play for the blues due to injury, but a boost for the blues will be the likelihood of Eden Hazard starting for the Blues. Chelsea will want 3 point from this match while Stoke will hope to continue their fantastic home display this season against premier league top six.

Southampton vs. Manchester United (3:00 p.m)    (Saturday)

Manchester United is currently sitting second on the table below Manchester City on goal difference. Jose will want to see another win again this weekend as he hopes to regain his spot at the top of the table. Southampton is currently sitting in the 9th posistion after they secured a goal win away against struggling Crystal Palace last time out. Southampton will hope to start Van Dijk for the first time this season following injury spells. Manchester united will still be without their ace midfielder Paul Pogba due to injury sustained during the champions league.
